David J. Congdon, MD, MPH, FACS

Dr. David J. Congdon has been dedicated to the specialized care of his patients since he began practicing medicine in 2003. That’s why he has opened five advanced specialized care centers right here in the Cedar Valley. He’s studied and practiced at some of the finest and most-respected medical and educational institutions, earning his MD from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his medical internship and residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and his fellowship at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. Dr. Congdon is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology for head and neck surgery and by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Inc. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Foundation, Inc. and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In addition to caring for his patients, Dr. Congdon enjoys spending time with his family and finding time for his favorite hobbies and passions, including ice hockey, sailing and stained glass art.
